RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

 

All booking fees and any advanced prepayments are non refundable but may transfer if the appointment is rescheduled/cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Booking fees are applied towards the total cost of service. Appointments may be rescheduled due to bad weather without penalty. There are 2 rescheduling allowances per appointment. A new booking fee will need to be paid after these allowances are depleted.

TARDINESS

No Call No Text No Show: Your appointment will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes and the booking fee and any prepayments will not transfer.

In order to be able to receive the full Piscean Touch experience, the full allotted time given for the appointment will need to be utilized.  If you are 15 minutes late or more and have not called or texted, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Understand that arriving late will result in less time being allowed for services due to your  tardiness. No extra time will be added. However, if Piscean Touch is at fault for not being able to start at your appointment time, a credit or extra lash time will be applied towards that appointment.

REFUNDS

There are absolutely no refunds on any services. If you experience an allergy or any discomfort and are unable to continue wearing lash extensions, they will be removed free of charge.

 

Lash Appointment Instructions 

On the day of your appointment you agree to... 

 

-No coffee. 

This will make your lids flutter and cause frequent bathroom breaks.

 

-Use the bathroom BEFORE your appointment time. 

You should be seated on the recliner at your appointment time so that I may prepare you for service.

 

-Remove contact lenses before service. 

You will be more prone to waking up with red, dry eyes if left in.

 

-Silence and put away phones.

 Phones are distracting and slows me down while servicing you. 

 

-Come in with clean lashes and NO eye makeup. 

The more time I have to spend cleaning your lashes the less time I will have to lash them. This means your lashes may not be as full.

 

-Not bring any extra guests/children. 

 

**Upon entering the salon you will be asked to hang up your items behind the door. Wash your hands. Remove your shoes, shoe covers are also available, and be seated on the recliner in order to be prepped for service.
